Interview

3 or 4 phone interviews where people get a sense of who you are and base job abilities. Then a 1/2 day onsite interview where you meet with a variety of people. Some of the onsite interviews are technical interviews but not all.

It was the worst experience of my life. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was humiliated by interviewers not showing up and inexperienced interviewers. They need to take a look at the candidate experience process.

2 phone interviews (one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager) and one onsite interview (4 people, 2 hours). Received an offer the day after I interviewed onsite. Very quick turnaround!
