Interview
I went through several interview rounds, including a panel presentation. Most of the interviews were behavioural rather than technical, which surprised me given that the role was technical in nature.
For the panel, I was asked to build a solution for a specific use case and present it. The feedback I received was that my presentation was too technical for the audience and lacked a strong storytelling component. While I understand the importance of communication skills, I believe there should have been more emphasis on assessing technical capabilities, as presentation skills can be developed over time.
