I applied through their website and a recruiter reached out to schedule a call. We had your typical recruiter call for a PMM role, he asked about my previous experience in cybersecurity, describe my day-to-day responsibilities and describe a launch I brought to market. It was a average call and seemed to go well. I never heard from them after that. I recruiter ghosted me, never responded to any follow-up emails regarding a status update. If you take the time to actually speak with someone, they should have the basic professional decency to let you know that they've moved on to other candidates.
