I applied through LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter within ~3 weeks. The recruiter was very hot and cold throughout the interview process, sometimes taking 5+ days to follow up after asking for my availability. I had the initial phone screening with the recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager. I thought it went great, with the hiring manager even ending the call saying she would have the recruiter set up the panel interview, and then crickets. I was completely ghosted by both the recruiter and the hiring manager. I followed up with both of them and never heard back.
