3 rounds: 1. HR behavioral 2. Product questions with team member 3. Career ambition-type questions with Pillar lead Overall great structured process, HR recruiter was very responsive and people running the interviews were approachable.

Fairly straight forward interview process, screening, hiring manager, case study and panel interview with senior executives. It was described as a 1-2 week process but is actually closer to 3-4 weeks in length. The core pillars are described as honesty and integrity but I feel they missed the mark here.
