Okta interview questions

a structured process, although the feedback after the interview didn't match with how the process was structured and didn't match with what has been discussed during the interviews. Looks like the hiring manager was not well aligned with all the interviewers

I had a negative experience with a very unprofessional Okta recruiter. She was incredibly unresponsive to my emails, while trying to schedule something. When it came time for our scheduled meeting, I never received a phone call and emailed her after five minutes of no call. She did not respond to my email until the following day and claims that she tried to call me but it wouldn't go through. I know that is not true, and she also made no attempt to reach me otherwise or notify me of this over email. She proceeded to be very unresponsive over scheduling a new time. When we finally spoke, she said she would schedule something with the hiring manager for the following week. I followed up with her, received no response, then received an automated email from Okta letting me know I was not selected for the position. She left a horrible taste in my mouth, and leads me to think poorly of Okta.
