Okta interview questions

Interview phone, then in person interviews with team leadership etc. Questions about such things as experience and education as well as thought leadership and mentoring are involved. Testing is more about ethics.

I interviewed with Okta in December of 2021. It was a long process (1 call with recruiter, 1 interview with hiring manager, 3 interviews with peers, 1 final interview with hiring manager). Everyone I spoke with was incredibly professional and open. It wasn't a particularly difficult interview process, just basic questions on my current role and experience. I made it to the final round and did not receive an offer. I wish they could have provided feedback on why I did not progress, but I understand some companies have policies against this.
