Interview process was different and practical - You will be presented with a technical challenge which you can take upto two weeks to prepare and present. The challenge involves getting hands on with the system. You will learn a lot by the end of two weeks

Overall not a difficult interview. Tech challenge is a lot of fun, people are very nice. Okta seems to be under a lot of pressure right now to hire the right people so be prepared for a lengthy and sometimes redundant interview process
