I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Okta
Interview
1. Initial HR screen
2. 60 mins technical phone screen
3. 5 virtual on-site (3 coding+1system design+Hiring mgr.)
Initial HR and phone screen were good. The interviewer was very considerate. But it all gone to south in virtual on-site. Interviewer were least interested in taking interview. Very adamant wrt. the approach interviewee should take to solve problems. They keep interrupting while solving problem though I was speaking my logic out every step of the way. Also I felt the team was very disjointed. Remember in interview it’s both way gauging process.

Interview
Applied through referral. The recruiter contacted and spoke after few days. Scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. He seemed to be a little rushed. Randomly asked few questions and then said he's getting late for a meeting. Wrote to the recruiter after few days but no response.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Okta
Interview
Recruiter phone screen.
One of the worst recruiter ever.
Looking at my resume, he asked me why I moved from all my previous jobs. I did explain but he asked for a written explanation in an email. Seriously ? I have never seen or heard of any recruiter asking for written explanation. Please do yourself a favor by not applying here.
