Optum Associate interview questions

I had a phone interview with "Senior Recruitment Consultant" Jorden N. Jorden is in serious need of coaching from her superiors and supervisors. Ive been in the private sector for 15 years and have myself worked within HR to a capacity. Its mandatory that those within HR are welcoming and engaging in bring candidates in, get to know them and have a healthy friendly conversation, Jorden was monotone, quiet and had one word questions and answers, When the conversation was over, I had felt that I had just spoke with a robot. I had no interest in the role when we were done and also never heard back either way. Optum should take care in the training and investing in their associates.
