Interview process is a joke. They have shortlisted for the second interview also and started asking irrelevant questions but somehow I have managed to answer them even though they have rejected me. Stating that I need more confidence

Interview process is Quick and seamless. The entire process took about 5-6 weeks . One phone screening call with the recruiter followed with team call , one video interview and final round with the team.
