I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Optum
Interview
2 interview rounds, 1 technical and 1 managerial. Interview process timeline depends on your availability to join. The interview were pretty easy were your technical skills and managerial abilities are tested.
Unprofessional recruitment process by external agency based in UK working for optum. No response to emails. Rescheduling interviews multiple times.
No acceptance/rejection mail sent after final round let alone the feedback. Very unprofessional and would recommend optum to have their in-house recruitment team rather than depending upon these folks.
The actual interviewers are really friendly, knowledgeable and no issues with respect to the conduct of the interview.
After 2 remote rounds, one take home assignment, one on-site final round the least you could expect is to know what the outcome was rather than occupying themselves with anxiety until there was a change in my application status on portal.
Its easy and basic interview call about data analytics
they asked about skills and projects which i have worked in past and the projects in which i have involved, Overall its basic screening call
