Optum Manager interview questions

The initial screening was done via a taped video recording through HireVue. I was then contacted directly by the hiring manager to setup an interview. Following that interview, the hiring manager's leader contacted me direct for a second interview. After the final interview, they said it would probably take a week or so to hear back on the status of any next steps. After nearly a month from the 2nd interview I've haven't heard any follow-up on status; even after emailing the hiring manager to inquire on a timeline for decision. Maybe I dodged a bullet on this one as I thought it was peculiar that a recruiter didn't manage the process to setup the interviews/be available for follow-up questions, etc. and it may also explain why there doesn't appear to be a process to notify candidates if they weren't selected.

2 stages, one with the director and one with the VP. Each interview was individual or one on one and they were informal/comfortable. Very great people that I interacted with here.
