Optum Senior Developer interview questions

The recruiter called and informed that a selected few are invited for the interview. When I reached there, I was shocked to see the number of people who were in that building. It felt like a walk-in, though it was not. There were 3 rounds. First-round focused on general stuff. The second round was some programming questions and the third round was mostly system design.

Interview setup with consultancy, whole process took around 2 weeks. 1st round is online test with 3 programs having problem solving using javascript and reactjs skills. 2nd round Technical round just asked about javascript basics and programs by screen sharing. 3rd round is done by project architect mainly focused on the program, projects worked on, CI/CD integrations and cloud based technologies like AWS. Overall interview process is good. It takes max 1 hr each round. At last HR discussed about the offer, which doesn’t meet my expectation. She said she will come back with some hike on top of it, but it is didn’t happened. Humble request to the HR’s before scheduling the interviews, kindly check the pay scale structure of employee’s and employee expectations.
