Question 1
Tell me a situation in which two coworkers have an argument, how would you resolve it
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Optum (Schaumburg, IL)
Interview
The process started pretty normal. I was told there would be two interviews, one technical and one onsite. The technical portion of the interview consisted of various questions about Spring boot, Java and Angular. After receiving positive feedback for the first round I was told I would be brought onsite the following week. Three weeks passed and I had complete radio silence from both Optum and the third party recruiter they hired. Then, out of the blue, they reached out again and asked for another technical interview round before the onsite. I agreed and answered more questions. After this round, I have not had feedback of any kind, and have the feeling I should not be waiting around. It's been over two weeks and I've not heard anything. I feel as though the entire thing has been very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time job-hunting.
