I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Optum in Oct 2020
Interview
It was fairly easy interview process based much more on personnel projects and database , rather than data strctures . The recruter scanned the resume very carefully and was pin pointing everything which was written on it.
Very Basic and Straightforward. First is a behavioral interview and second is the technical interview. They don't ask much but just want to see what type of projects you have worked on nothing else. Not a hard interview if you are a programmer and have done projects on your downtime.
