Had a reach out via LinkedIn by the hiring manager, and then we scheduled an hour long technical phone screen after applying to the website. Technical screen was a bit all over the place, there were resume questions, high level software design questions, and a simple coding question. I don't think they knew ahead of time what they were looking for level or tech ability wise. Anyways, if they reject you, they do it by ghosting you. Completely unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
High level questions about software design methodologies, questions about resume / achievements, and an easy coding question. I think it was a new coding screen tool, it took effort to get it going, had to create an account during the interview.
First was hirvue. Second was a 1:1 with a manager who you will not being working with when you get hired. This manager will type your responses into a form and this form is read by you actual team. There is zero way to judge the culture of the workplace because you will not speak with your actual team. The interview was 2 parts total. The final part being what I mentioned above. No one contacted me and I reached out via email for my denial email. Overall a negative experience, but easy interview.

Hirevue questions are covered here. The interview with the manager was STAR questions. Also, questions discussing current projects and resume.
