Optum Software Engineer interview questions

I have completed the first round. No response from HR. I tried calling multiple times. So finally I got to know I have cleared the first round. So HR has arranged for second round which is manager round. In second round he just asked about me and said done with the interview. For the status I called HR again but no answer again, At-least HR should have some basic responsibility to say the status after attending interview even though it is negative. HR management is worst is I can say. One more thing If they are not interested in my profile they should not time waste sending mail for interview
