Call with the hiring manager.
Onsite - they told 2 folks will interview me, but ended-up with just 1.
I was very surprised by the process and I had very minimal experience but got hired very easily.
I noticed this pattern for many other folks. Today I feel they need to raise the bar and have proper interview process in place to hire real devs. This was me after working 3 year here.
