Optum Software Engineer Lead II interview questions

I was called in for L1 and L2 interview rounds in person over a weekend to Bangalore office. Both the rounds were standard as far as the difficulty is concerned. After 3 weeks, I got another invite to come down again for a “Managerial” round. However this round was also technical and I cleared it. Then they took 4 more weeks to come back with a number which was way below the industry standards. They said they have constraints and can’t go beyond the number as they have “budget constraints”.
