I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oracle (Roorkee) in Dec 2013
Interview
I was hired during campus placement. This company plays dirty tactics in the following way, oracle is a group of companies which it acquires (last year 13), oracle will come for interview and will show high package and along with it, it hires for its acquired companies where salaries are low. So they get a good slot by bribing the college officials (company is black listed in IIIT Hyderabad from 2014 onwards)
Interview questions for systems group will be based on OS, Network and knowledge about computer architecture.
