Started process in February, found out they were not proceeding in May! 9 interviews in total. 7 telephone interviews. 2 in person interviews which were 3 hours. Followed up several times after the last interviews were I was told I was proceeding to the next step. First 2 were ignored. Received an email which stated "nothing more needed at this time". Finally received a phone call saying they now had decided they were not proceeding. Very displeased with how the process was handled.
It was a long but smooth process. It took a bit more than a month.But being a part of that kind of a big organization makes it reasonable.Compared to ther experiences I could say this is one of the best.

Applied through LinkedIn for the open GenO Consulting Sales Finland position and Oracles EMEA Talent Advisor responded quickly with an invitation to have a chat - interview.
After while I got a new email with following message:
” Unfortunately I forgot the hiring manager’s prioritizing a female profile
For this reason I will proceed at the moment with females but please, let’s stay in touch because I will talk with the manager in order to ask if he will be open to talk with males too ”

Are you available in the next days?
Very simple process. 3 interviews and one presentation. The presentation is a big piece of the interview and is over any healthcare topic. Once the presentation is completed HR will get back to your within 2 weeks.
