Oracle Senior Software Developer interview questions

Recruiter setup the phone interview with the hiring manager. Problem is to implement an in-memory view counting system. Need to return the accumulated count per hour of requested hour in the last 24 hours. The manager intentionally presented the problem vague at first. So needed a lot of clarification. I thought I did pretty well, but it seems the hiring manager just hold my case there. I asked recruiter to check status, recruiter could not get anything. Then after several weeks I received the rejection email.
