I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Oracle (Hyderābād) in Jan 2012
Interview
It is very intresting with nice tech questions. They tested me in all the technical ways. I had multiple rounds each round i got clear with all the technical questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Deerfield, IL) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview and hiring process took several months.
First was an online application to their Careers website, which is precisely as annoying as any other.
I received a call back, and was interviewed by three different managers in a group setting. They asked basic programming and critical thinking questions, and some of the usual interview questions.
They called back about a week or two later, and I went on a tour of the facility. I was given an employment contract relatively swiftly, but the start date was about two months after I was first interviewed.

Question 1
They asked a few basic programming questions and one logic puzzle involving getting people across a bridge with a limited amount of time and different travel speeds.
Horrible interview process. Onboarding process took almost 3 months. There are around 4 or 5 interviews, if you are interviewing from long-distance anyway. Don't think you are going to negotiate with them on salary...no room for negotiation with this company. They need the money for their sales parties and new sail boats. You will likely get low-balled. Most employees agree the best way to get a good salary at Oracle is to quit and and come back after you've been paid fairly by a different employer. The best advice is to stay away from this company though.

Question 1
Yadda yadda questions, and technical questions were based on a 2 hour exam, consisting of logic questions and IQ shape pattern questions, and some story problems (logic). Pretty easy.
