Interview
Consisted of 4 parts:
1) HR interview
2)Technical interview: 1 hour of written test followed by 2 managers interviewing the candidate
3) final interview conducted by 2 managers
The HR interview process is quite simple.
In the technical test(Scripting team), you have to complete 26-30 questions in 1 hour.
Questions consisted of basics on scripting including but not limited to XML Soap, relational databases,HTML , DNS, API, SQL
Final interview: 2 managers enquired about my past experiences and also gave me a simple scripting task which I completed quite quickly.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle in Jul 2016
Interview
Great experience, fast forward and human; the process was not very hard and I got a chance to know the team. However the tech parts were very lackluster and sometimes appeared not relevant to job itself
Four rounds were there:
1. Telephonic interview about work experience and study etc
2. Telephonic interview: Technical
3. In person: face to face Technical and general questions with one of the managers
4. HR based questions
