Simple questions. Interview was friendly and informal held during morning hours before the restaurant opened. Offer came the same day of interview and first shift happened two days later. The paperwork isn't so bad.

It started as a group interview consisting of role playing scenarios such as dealing with employee theft and unruly customers. Then we broke up and had a 1:1 interview with the manager. Manager asked why they should hire you, what skills do you have that will help for this position, and what are your goals

very easy and laid back friend knew the manager so he gave us the job right away and asked when can we start then we went in the next day to do some paper work such as w-4 and we started the following week
