Interview
It was good professional. Met with a manager then got to meet the proprietor who was friendly. Sat at a table and was asked numerous questions about my job history.

Name something that you did to help a guest when they had a problem.
I was able to schedule an interview time for myself online. I arrived for the interview and met with an Assistant Manager. It was very casual, and I appreciated the open communication I received from him. Unfortunately, I was told about one week after my interview that there were no open positions. It was disheartening to go in for the interview when there was no actual job available.

Dinâmica, entrevista 1 e 2, contratação. Bem dinâmico, discontraído, fazem perguntas sobre o por quê do Outback, onde você mora, etc. Na dinâmica te dão um problema pra resolver em grupo;

Very friendly with a lot of open ended questions. I suggest researching a few basic drinks and pour techniques. Make sure you can communicate them. It helps to have TABC and FH certs ready.
