Interview
I had two interviews. First with the FOH manager, then with the proprietor. Personality test also. Pretty easy test. Mostly about honesty and what to do in situations. This was for a new store opening. The process will probably be different at an established location. One interview then from what I can tell.
Simple and easy interview process. I feel that i was asked the standard server questions. Please be sure to bring your updated resume. The asked about my availability and my experience in the industry. Some behavioral questions were asked of me as well.
Waste of time.
Everything is automated through AI and the system will mess up scheduling and then when we finally get an interview, they already have people hired. Was told I would receive an answer either way from AI and had to call the store to get my decline.
