Went in for an interview and it was a behavioral interview consisting of basic "What would you do" questions. Then I took a logic test just to qualify for the position, it was super easy basically just over like analogies and stuff. Very quick interview and very quick to start the job.

Presencial, entrevista com a equipe ,cem seguida entrevista com a proprietária , pessoal simpático, mas se não gostarem de vc dispensam na hora alegando que chamam depois . É um lugar alegre , depois passando te chamam para um teste. Fui chamada mas nunca houve resposta

Really easy, genuine conversation, sat down with a few different managers and answered some basic questions. They are really welcoming and offer you something to drink. There is a culture there that is different (in a positive way) from other chains which speaks to their operational efficiency and dedication to hiring and retaining strong team members.

I was interested in serving when I started as a host and I remember them asking me how long I expected to be hosting before I was ready to be moved up to serve (takeout is the first prerequisite to serving here)

I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.
