I met the owner at the resturant through a other server I had previously worked with. We had a short interview and he set me up an interview with one of the managers. When I met up with her about 4 days later she had the standard questions. Name my pros and cons. Name a bad experience with a guest and how did i handel it ect....... Then I was hired and put on a 4 day training schedule.

Interview
Proprietor at the Metairie location was standoffish. Asked for my number but wrote it down on a piece of trash which she then split in half as she placed it in her pocket.

Super quick and easy. Went in and sat down and just talked with a manger. After that had another meeting and then after that came back to go through all the direct deposit and training days.

Interview
Short simple process. Classic questions about customer service and what you would do in a certain situation. Always good to be upbeat and nice. If you have worked in the customer service industry before, you should be just fine.
