I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse (Daytona Beach, FL) in Dec 2011
Interview
Just be friendly and dress professional, the questions are very basic. They'll have you talk to a few different managers to make sure you fit with the atmosphere. I spoke to the front of house manager, and the proprietor. I walked in with my friend because he was interviewing, they ended up hiring both of us on the spot. They do make you take a short personality test to make sure you're an A type personality.

Interview
It was a pleasant experience. It was a 2 part interview process. The first one was easier than the second. The second one involved trickier questions but if you’re quick witted it’ll be easy.
