I scheduled an interview on friday for Monday. I was asked to come back tomorrow for an interview with "the big boss" as the lady called him. My question is if everyone is offered a second interview?

Interview
Start with 1 interview with one of the regular managers just talking about your availability, prior work experience, if you have any experience in food. Then they conduct a 2nd interview with the General Manager asking around the same questions.

Multi-step interview with MOD & Managing Partner. They were interested in my previous experience & thoroughly read my resume, even asking questions regarding such. Seamless, straightforward process, with clear expectations set from the very beginning.
