I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PLAYSTUDIOS (Austin, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
Quickly responded to my application.
Within a week, I had a couple of phone interviews, followed shortly thereafter by an in-person interview at the studio.
The interview process took a few hours and I had a chance to speak with a wide variety of team members. It was thorough, but very pleasant. More like a long-form conversation than an interview.
The team was extremely interested in making sure I understood them, their needs, the background and processes the company uses, etc. I probably wound up having more of MY questions answered than I answered on my own.

Question 1
I was asked a number of process-related questions, but not in a "gotcha" manner. They were very interested in hearing my thoughts on possible solutions to their challenges.

Interview
The HR interview unexpectedly felt like a technical one, which made it more challenging than anticipated. While it wasn’t overly difficult, the experience wasn’t pleasant, leaving me feeling discouraged and uncertain about the next steps. So I actually hoped they wouldn't invite me to the next round.

Question 1
In your previous role, did you measure KPIs, and if so, which specific ones did you focus on?
Whole interview process was great, from initial contact to feedback. I was impressed when Sandra shared how whole process looks like. Unfortunately I didn't get the offer but for sure this was great experience and I learned a lot from it. I have to mention Sandra and Andjela who were really positive, great listeners and also have knowledge to lead the interview. For whole process I would give 5 stars (if I got the offer) but for not let's stay with 4 starts, until next time. :)

Question 1
Professional background and projects that I worked on
Everything is transparent, although a sugestion is to ease up on the number of rounds since it may be a bit much and could demotivate some of the applicants throughout the process
