Interview
The technical Stuff was easy. The issue was with Corporate, Interviewed with 5 people and each one of them had a different idea of what the job was all about. Needless to say, I did not get a job. Lucky me. There is no way anyone can be successful when everyone you interact with has a different idea of what the job function needs to be.
The company strategy seems confused from the word go.
Took forever to get reimbursed for my expenses. Was shortchanged on the reimbursement. Didn't bother to tell them. I had pretty much written the money off anyway.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Panaya (Newark, NJ)
Interview
Horrific process that took 2 months. This will likely be based upon the need for the person. There was a presentation that was done over webex, but could be in-person and a call with the CEO.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Panaya (Melbourne)
Interview
Went through a consultant. Gave 6 rounds of interviews, which included a product presentation. No feedback on interviews. No response. Consultant fed back saying that they thought my profile did not match the role. It would have helped if they had realised it in the 1st round itself.
