I applied for a couple jobs. The first, I did a phone interview that seemed to go well, then got ghosted. Applied for another job, had a phone interview with the same person who didn't even remember me (even though I had sent many follow up emails regarding the prior position), even though she was the one that ghosted me. Had a second phone interview with the HRIS manager, felt like we really clicked. Made it to an in-person interview, felt like something had changed between the phone and in-person with the manager. Honestly, I didn't get an offer, but even if I did I'm not sure that I would have accepted considering how bad the experience was.
The recruiter has scheduled a screening call, but never showed up!
Even after following up via email, no response at all!
Would not recommend applying or going through the process.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pasha Group (San Rafael, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
There were 4 rounds in the interview process. First round was with the recruiter. The second one was with the hiring manager. The third round was with technical team members. The fourth one with the hiring manager and a VP.
Once the interview rounds were done, I received an offer, and once we figured all the details out, the company initiated a background check. Overall, I felt the hiring process was robust and professional. It actually made me feel I was dealing with a serious company.

Question 1
I think it would be unfair to only focus on specific questions. The questions were very organic, appropriate, and ranged from standard revision of the qualifications to more specific ones about particular technologies. The different people that participated in the process had a great and professional demeanor. There were follow up questions and they also volunteered information.
