PayPal Director Org Strategy interview questions

This place is NUTS when it comes to interviews. Literally, I met 15 people (directors, sr. directors, VPs, SVPs) and made 4 trips - and they chose not to give me an offer. Like they couldn't figure that out after round 1 or 2??? Totally dysfunctional. By the time they said no, I was actually relieved! Could you imagine what the process would be like it you wanted permission to go the bathroom!
