First round-Recruiter call , went well Second round-Hiring manager. I applied through employee referral. The interview went well and the hiring manager had a "positive feedback". I was told I have a lot of potential and the recruiter will get back to me. Its been 5 months and the recruiter is still going to "call me". After sending an email atleast 5 times, I am still waiting and I came to know the role is still open.
