Very adhoc interviews with no clear plan.
Conducted multiple rounds with no definite purpose.
Totally met 10 people with no clear direction on what they intend to do.
Repeated questions.
Finally no response from Talent team as well.
Waste of time.

Applied in the portal a year back,. Got the call on 16th July, 2021 and 1st round of interview was scheduled on 17th July.
I was told that there will be 3 Technical rounds and 1 HR round.
The interview began exactly at the scheduled time and the interviewer introduced himself and briefed about his role in the organization

Interview
I applied online and got request to record video of me answering 4 assigned questions. Silence for over a month and then got scheduled for another round with the hiring manager.
One thing I can never forget about the interview was that the hiring manager talked to me on a video call while driving and GPS was playing in the background. It was extremely distracting and I obviously wasn't getting the attention I very well deserved. Eventually it seems he did park his car and spoke to me describing the expectations from the job role. Needless to say I was indeed very excited about the role but disappointed by the experience, I wish the hiring manager had asked for an interview reschedule for a better time.
Its been more than a month already and no further word in spite of follow ups. Would have been nice if I received a feedback either ways.
