I was initially contacted by a recruiter who seemed very interested in my profile. We had a great chat, and I was told that I would be moved to the next step in the interview process. However, after that conversation, I didn't hear anything for over a week, even after following up via email. The lack of communication was disappointing and left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. If this is indicative of how the company handles potential employees, it raises concerns about how they treat their current staff. I expected more professionalism and clarity throughout the process.
