PayPal Software Engineer interview questions

First a phone call with a recruiter, then a technical interview with a software developer. If you pass them then another 1-2 technical interviews with team leads or group leads and finally an HR interview. If you pass all of them then you get a contruct. I did a technical interview over a month ago and unfortunately I haven't gotten any response yet. I reached out to 2 Paypal employees who were part of my interview process to check where I stand but didn't get any response. I believe they can do better in letting candidates know where they stand during this process, a rejection is better than no response.
