Multiple Rounds starting with behavioural tests and personality analysis. 2 interviews both with functional heads (after an HR screening interview on the phone). Process was lengthy (took around a month).
Interviewed with recruiter then line manager. Seemed to go well but never heard back. Have had enough interviews and experience in my life to know that if you want to hire quality people and maintain a good corporate reputation, you want to treat your candidates with respect and at the very least notify them if they aren't moving forward in the process. Pretty basic. Would not recommend.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2020
Interview
very professional although lacking in substance, wasnt very impressed by the cleanliness of the interview room but the process itself was fine all things considered. rest went fine and they seemed to be happy with how i handled myself
