Philips UX Designer interview questions

Easy to use online application form. Rapid response from Philips to my application, but no justification in their decision. There was no incentive to ask further questions or to contact the HR team.

It was a typical human resources meeting. She asked questions like; What is your background, past experiences? Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work in this company? The meeting occurs via Microsoft Teams. She also explained the next steps of the hiring process. Human resources employee response after 3 days later when I applied.
