I was contacted online via the store manager, who specified the working times and asked if I would be able to come into the store for an interview. I went later that week, where I was shown around the store and the interview took place in the office. I feel as thought the 'interview' was just to make sure that I was able to work the times specified.

Very informal quick, job on the spot. However, I soon found out it was a very horrible environment to work in. Horrible manager unfortunately who soon showed his true colours.
