Applied on line and after a month or two I was contact by a recruiter. After speaking a few times I had several phone screenings with members of the team including the head paralegal. After about a month of interviews I had three onsite interviews.

The questions ranged from basic interview questions that you could google, questions to gauge your knowledge of the company and what they are doing, and questions that gauge your personability.
