A phone call interview and a webcam interview spaced around 2 weeks apart. Overall they were in a rush to find someone to finish a deliverable on time so it was probably a bit informal compared to a typical hiring interview.
The guys i was interviewed by were very friendly. I had two interviews, one phone interview and a skype interview after. During skype interview I was talking to 3 people. I wouldn't say the interview was easy, don't put software you never used in your resume as they were asking about that.
