It was 2 rounds, mainly looking for an expert C++ programmer. Recruiters were great and patient. The first round was a phone interview and the second one was 90 minutes Team Interview.

Interview
Probably the worst recruiting experience I have had. The hiring manager stated in our interview that I was a lead candidate. (Which he should not have done). Then the only time I received communications from recruiting was when I initiated it. They would ask me for availability, then I would not hear back for over a week (even a check in, stating they were delayed would have been appreciated). I repeatedly asked about what the timeline and process was. Which the recruiter pointedly never responded to. My second interview was canceled twice within and hour of when it was supposed to start. Then when it finally happened, it took almost three weeks and multiple follow ups to find out I was not getting the role. I understand process can take longer than expected, but the hiring manager giving false hope and lack/poor communication had me considering withdrawing from process anyhow. Not a great representation of the organization.

Question 1
They only asked broad questions about my experience. The last interview she asked me if my last company was publicly traded.
This is disheartening to hear, but we appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. We are on a journey to improve our candidate experience and will strive to do better for the future.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PlayStation (Madrid) in May 2022
Interview
First interview with an HR rep (Postponed many times..) after that interview with one of the Team Lead of the training team. The person had very confused ideas of how the trainings are handled in the sector of the company, it seems they created a position without knowing what the responsabilities would be.. After this mess of an interview I receive a week later an automatic email response (the one you usually get in the first phase in case you are not selected). Even though I was overqualified for the position, this way of treating candidates is horrible. After investing more than 2 hours not even receiving a written honest feedback. Good (horrible) job team :)
