The hiring process at PlayStation takes an average of 60 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Gerente had the quickest hiring process (on average 60 days), whereas Gerente roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 60 days).
Went via a recruiter, very strange and unfriendly interview. Quick hello then straight into tech questions which was a bit of a shock. No being put at ease, description of role or a bit about the company. Definitely got the feel of older generation leading departments. As they should be on the forefront of technology along with companies like google and amazon they really need to re think their interview structure/technique.

Interview
Interviewed with an HR person and the head of the Sound studio department on two separate phone calls. First call with HR was a very basic screening, and the second phone interview was more of a casual interview/chat. The interview process was very quick and within two days. They basically wasted my time and did not hear from them for at least a month before contacting them.
