PlayStation Staff Program Manager interview questions

Well structured interview process, meeting with the hiring team, hiring manager, team members in a panel and then the final interview with a Snr Director. Good discussions with all, they asked appropriate questions, listened to responses and asked some follow up questions. Good diversity in the discussion questions ranging from process to situational through to aspirational questions. The only improvement on the interview process I would suggest is the overall duration, end to end it took 4 months.
