Time taking interview process. I was able to appear for only 2 rounds, not sure how many rounds they have in total. Before these interview they ask the candidate to spend more than 10 hours on an assignment. I feel this step is completely unnecessary for an internship interview. When other companies can do without such assignments I don't know what special skills PG needs for their PM intern roles. And this is even before you speak to anyone in the company.

I applied online, and got a call from the recruiter within a week. After a positive phone screen, they sent me an assignment with two questions to work on over the weekend. One of them required atleast an intermediate amount of gaming experience. Another one was designed to test our decision making process ("what type of car would you choose"). If my assignment submissions satisfied the PMs I would have a 45 minute interview with a PM and then an onsite with 5 PMs. However they weren't satisfied with my homework analysis so that was that.
