They reached out to me a few months after the first round of interviews didn't pan out with another shot at the position after their needs changed. Was first asked what my favorite 3 games were and why and also asked to complete a short assignment. The assignment was to take an excel file with proxy advertisement performance data and to identify anything of interest and to suggest solutions. A three day turnaround time was required but it didn't take too long, understanding pivot tables and VLOOKUP is all you really need. After that there were two phone interviews that each started out with introductions and simple get-to-know-you questions, they then moved into case questions. After that they reached out to me to come down to their office and interview. The interview lasted about 3 hours. The questions were similar to the phone interviews. Everyone was very friendly and I learned a lot. Definitely a great experience.
